EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

- You can exchange your order up to 15 days after purchase. If 15 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange it. To make an exchange, you must inform us by email at info@mariapazo.com , within the established period.

- Exchanges are only possible if the item is in the same condition as when it was purchased. We therefore recommend that you keep the order in its original packaging. Exchanges are only permitted for items of equal or greater value, in which case you will have to pay the remaining amount.

- If the exchange is due to a defect in the item or our mistake, MARIA PAZO Design Jewelry assumes responsibility and costs inherent to the process.

- The Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to exchange the item.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.


PRICES

- The prices charged in the online store (PVP - Public Sale Price) include tax at the rate in force in Portugal (VAT of 23%).

- The Brand reserves the right to modify the price of jewelry, as well as to carry out promotional campaigns scheduled in its annual marketing plan. Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns and services may be updated and changed by MARIA PAZO Designer Jewelry at any time.


GUARANTEE

- According to Portuguese legislation, all items have a 2-year warranty.

- The warranty does not cover damage caused by lack of precaution and inappropriate use (e.g. exposure to creams, perfumes, pool or sea water, etc.). The rapid disappearance of the gold plating, conditioned by the natural pH of each skin, is also not included in the warranty.


REFUNDS

The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 72 hours, after confirmation of the return conditions.


SHIPPING

- All national shipments are carried out by CTT and DPD.
- National territory (Mainland Portugal), in normal situations, takes 24/48h (working day). Islands around 5 days.
- International territory, varies from territory to territory, normally takes 5/6 working days.

Mainland Portugal
Shipping costs are free for orders over €50. If your order is worth €50 or less, shipping costs are €4.95.

Portugal - Madeira and Azores
Shipping costs are free for orders over €70. If your order is worth €70 or less, shipping costs are €5.80.

Spain
Shipping costs are free for orders over €90. If your order is worth €90 or less, shipping costs are €5.90.
