How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery time varies between 2 and 5 working days for mainland Portugal. For islands and other countries, the deadline may be longer.

Can I return an item I don't like?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt as long as the items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Who bears the return costs?
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective items or items sent by mistake.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us via email or telephone, attaching photographs of the damaged item. We will solve the problem as a priority.

Do the products have a warranty?
In accordance with legislation in Portugal, all items have a 2-year guarantee.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by Bank Transfer, MB Way, Visa and Mastercard Credit Card, and Multibanco Reference.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to mainland Portugal, islands and several countries in Europe. For international shipping, see our shipping table.

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the destination and weight of the order. For mainland Portugal, shipping is free on purchases over €50.

How can I track the status of my order?
After shipping, you will receive a tracking code that you can use to track the order on the carrier's website.
Guarantee

What is not covered by the warranty?
It does not cover damage caused by lack of precaution or inappropriate use (e.g. exposure to creams, perfumes, pool or sea water, etc.). Also, the rapid disappearance of the gold plating, conditioned by the natural pH of each skin, is not included in the warranty.
